How do I choose the right size?

Open the size guide on the product page and compare its measurements with a garment you already like wearing. You can switch between centimetres and inches. Fit varies by garment, so check the guide for your selected style rather than relying only on the size letter.

What is the difference between Regular and Premium tees?

Regular tees offer a lighter fabric and a regular fit. Premium tees use heavier, garment-dyed fabric with a relaxed fit. Choose by the feel and shape you enjoy; check the product page for the exact fabric and measurements.

Will my piece look exactly like the pictures?

If your item arrives with a print or colour that looks wrong, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review it. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Where is FramePace based?

FramePace, s.r.o. is based in Slovakia. Our production partners make and ship orders from different locations, depending on the product and destination. Our business address is not a returns address.

We email tracking details when they are available. An order still in production may not have tracking yet, and a newly created label may show no movement until the carrier scans the parcel.

If your delivery is past its estimate, tracking appears stuck, or a parcel is missing, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the relevant partner.

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check what is still possible. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has begun; address changes may also be unavailable once shipping starts.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We will review the problem and arrange the appropriate solution, which may be a replacement, repair or refund.
