Allow time for both production and shipping. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. After production, estimated shipping is 3–7 business days within the US and 7–21 business days internationally.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Unless stated otherwise, checkout shipping estimates are in addition to production time. Items may arrive in separate packages. Read our shipping policy.

We email tracking details when they are available. An order still in production may not have tracking yet, and a newly created label may show no movement until the carrier scans the parcel.

If your delivery is past its estimate, tracking appears stuck, or a parcel is missing, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the relevant partner.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return, unless a longer mandatory period applies. For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Please get return instructions from us first.

You normally pay the direct return cost for a change of mind, unless the law or our agreement says otherwise. Direct exchanges may not be available; an eligible return followed by a new order may be needed. Personalized items can have different conditions. Read the full policy and your consumer rights.

Contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We will review the problem and arrange the appropriate solution, which may be a replacement, repair or refund.
