Frequently Asked Questions

❓I ordered a few days ago. Why is nothing happening?

Every FramePace item is made to order, which means your shirt, hoodie, or other item is not taken from a warehouse shelf. It is printed especially for you after the order is placed.

Before your order ships, it goes through a production stage. This usually includes printing the design, checking the item, packing it, and preparing it for the carrier. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, which means weekends and holidays are not counted.

Because of this, it is normal if your order does not have tracking right away. Your tracking link will be emailed to you automatically once the package has shipped.

If your order was placed only a few days ago and tracking has not appeared yet, it is most likely still in production.

🔎 Why hasn’t my tracking number updated yet?

Tracking does not always update immediately after your order ships. In some cases, a shipping label is created first, and the tracking page may stay empty or show limited information until the carrier scans the package into their system.

This can take up to 48 hours after shipment. International orders may also take longer to show movement, especially while the package is between facilities or waiting for the next carrier scan.

If your tracking number was only added recently, this is usually normal. The package may already be moving, even if the tracking page has not updated yet.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

FramePace products are made to order. Most orders need 2–5 business days for production before carrier transit begins.

After production, transit is typically 3–7 business days within the United States and 7–21 business days for international destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, weather, and remote locations can add time.

Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, any delivery estimate shown there applies in addition to production time. Tracking will be emailed when available.

⏳ What should I do if my order seems delayed or lost?

If your order is a little later than expected, please check the tracking link first. Carriers sometimes miss scans, and a package can still be moving even when the tracking page has not updated for a few days.

If the tracking says the package is still in transit, please allow a few extra business days after the estimated delivery date. Small carrier delays can happen, especially during busy seasons, bad weather, holidays, or international customs processing.

If tracking says Delivered but you have not received the package, please first check around your mailbox, front door, building entrance, parcel locker, neighbors, or local post office. Sometimes packages are marked delivered slightly early or left in a different safe place.

If your package is still missing more than a few days after the estimated delivery date, we can review it as a delayed or potentially lost shipment. Lost package claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, so please do not wait longer than that if the package still has not arrived.

If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll help arrange the correct solution, such as a replacement, reshipment, or refund depending on the situation.

🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?

Contact info@framepace.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to cover it.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will provide the appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Direct exchanges may not always be available. Where appropriate, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order after approval.

Do not send anything back until we authorize the return and provide the correct destination. Eligible EEA and UK customers also retain their statutory withdrawal rights. See our Return and Refund Policy for full terms.

⚠️ I received the wrong item, duplicate item, or something is missing. What should I do?

If something in your order is wrong, please check the full package first. Some orders can arrive in separate shipments, especially if they contain different product types or items fulfilled from different locations.

If you received the wrong item, a duplicate item, or an item is missing, please take clear photos of what you received, including the product, print/design, size label, packing slip if included, and the shipping label on the package.

This helps us confirm what happened and fix the issue faster. Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement, reshipment, refund for the affected item, or another suitable solution.

Please do not send anything back unless we specifically ask you to. In many cases, incorrect or duplicate items do not need to be returned.

Order issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the package.

🧺 How should I wash my shirt or hoodie?

To help your print last longer, wash the item inside out in cold water, under 30°C / 86°F, on a gentle cycle. Use a normal amount of mild detergent and avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh washing products.

For drying, air drying is best because it is gentler on both the fabric and the print. If you use a dryer, choose a low-heat setting.

Do not iron directly over the printed design. If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and use low heat.

The main thing is to avoid high heat, harsh detergents, and heavy friction on the printed area. These are the most common reasons prints fade, crack, or wear faster over time.

📍 Where are you located?

FramePace is an independent online brand. Our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner’s global production network.

Orders can be produced in several regions, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, Brazil, and Australia. Most of the time, your order is made at the facility closest to your delivery address, when the product is available there.

Sometimes an order may be produced in a different location because of product availability, stock, printing method, or temporary production demand. This helps us fulfill orders more efficiently instead of shipping every item from one central warehouse.

Because items are made to order, the return address on the package may belong to the fulfillment facility, not directly to FramePace.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, FramePace ships internationally to many countries.

Our products are made to order through a global fulfillment network, with production facilities in regions such as North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, Brazil, and Australia. When possible, your order is produced close to your delivery address, but the exact facility depends on product availability, stock, printing method, and current production capacity.

International delivery times can vary by destination. Packages may also take longer if they pass through customs or change carriers during transit.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s rules and the value of your order. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by FramePace.

📦 Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If your order contains multiple items, they may sometimes ship separately. In that case, you may receive more than one tracking email, one for each shipment.

Tracking may not show movement immediately after the label is created. It can take some time for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking page.

Adding your phone number at checkout can also help with smoother delivery, especially for some faster shipping methods or carrier updates.

👕 What materials and print methods do you use?

FramePace products are made using quality blanks selected for comfort, durability, and everyday wear. Exact fabric composition, fit, sizing, and care details can be found on each individual product page.

We use a mix of production methods depending on the product, material, artwork, color, and fulfillment location.

Most apparel is printed with direct-to-garment printing, also known as DTG. This method prints water-based ink directly onto the garment, where it absorbs into the fabric fibers. DTG is a good fit for detailed, multi-color artwork and helps keep the garment soft and comfortable to wear.

Our DTG fulfillment partner uses water-based vegan inks that are non-toxic and suitable for garments made for adults and children. DTG printing is also produced with energy-efficient machines that create zero wastewater.

On selected products, we may also use or test direct-to-film printing, also known as DTF. This method can give strong color and detail on certain fabrics or placements where DTG may not be the best option.

Some products, especially hats and selected accessories, may use embroidery. Embroidery gives the design a raised, stitched, textured finish with a durable feel.

The exact print or production method may vary by product, color, material, design, and fulfillment location.
