Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information as necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, or based on your consent. 6. Cookies, pixels, analytics, and advertising
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, local storage, server-side events, and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud, provide reviews and affiliate functions, and deliver or measure advertising. Where required, non-essential marketing and analytics technologies are used only after consent. You can use the privacy or cookie controls presented on the store to change your choices. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect store functionality.
Where required by law, we treat recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Marketing communications
We send promotional email or SMS messages only where permitted. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email, reply STOP to an eligible SMS message, adjust available preferences, or contact us. Service communications about orders, security, or account administration are not marketing messages.

FramePace and its service providers operate internationally. Personal information may therefore be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
9. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, warranty, dispute, and legal-compliance requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, unless continued retention is legally permitted or required.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
