📬 Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, contact us at framepace@gmail.com.


💔 I’M NOT IN LOVE WITH MY ORDER. CAN I RETURN IT? WHAT IF THERE’S AN ISSUE?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your item arrives damaged or defective. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. You’ll need to ship the item back at your own expense. Once we receive it, we’ll refund your original purchase in full.

Please include your name and order number in the return parcel.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or offer a refund for incorrect submissions.
