Follow the care label on your garment. For printed tees, turn them inside out and use a cold, gentle wash. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, and do not iron directly over the print.
Air dry when possible. Use low tumble heat only if the garment label allows it.

Delivery
We make and ship orders through a network of fulfillment facilities, including North America and Europe. The facility depends on your product, stock and destination; an order outside the US does not necessarily ship from the US.
Most products take 2–5 business days to make. Standard shipping after production is generally 3–6 business days to the US, 4–10 to the EU (including Poland), 4–8 to the UK and 3–10 to Canada. These give total estimates of 5–11, 6–15, 6–13 and 5–15 business days respectively for standard products.
All-over-print items can take 2–7 business days to produce, shoes 3–7, and knitted items longer. Estimates vary by product, stock and route; packages can arrive separately. A total estimate labelled “Includes production” already includes that time. See all regions, production times and shipping details.
Returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return, unless a longer mandatory period applies. For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Please get return instructions from us first.
You normally pay the direct return cost for a change of mind, unless the law or our agreement says otherwise. Direct exchanges may not be available; an eligible return followed by a new order may be needed. Personalized items can have different conditions. Read the full policy and your consumer rights.

How do I choose the right size?
Open the size guide on the product page and compare its measurements with a garment you already like wearing. You can switch between centimetres and inches. Fit varies by garment, so check the guide for your selected style rather than relying only on the size letter.
If you are unsure, send us the product name and your question before ordering.
What is the difference between Regular and Premium tees?
Regular tees offer a lighter fabric and a regular fit. Premium tees use heavier, garment-dyed fabric with a relaxed fit. Choose by the feel and shape you enjoy; check the product page for the exact fabric and measurements.
What fabric and printing does my piece use?

Will my piece look exactly like the pictures?
Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours look. Print placement may also vary slightly between garment sizes. Use the product images and description together when choosing.
If your item arrives with a print or colour that looks wrong, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review it. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.
Where is FramePace based?
FramePace, s.r.o. is based in Slovakia. Our production partners make and ship orders from different locations, depending on the product and destination. Our business address is not a returns address.

Do you ship to me, and how much will it cost?
Available destinations and shipping charges appear at checkout for your items and address, before you pay. Availability can vary by product.
International orders may also incur customs duties, taxes or local fees unless checkout says they are included. See delivery and customs details.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices in your current shopping session are shown in USD. Check the currency and final total at checkout before paying. If your payment account uses another currency, your payment provider may apply conversion fees.
How do I track my order or get help with a delay?
We email tracking details when they are available. An order still in production may not have tracking yet, and a newly created label may show no movement until the carrier scans the parcel.
If your delivery is past its estimate, tracking appears stuck, or a parcel is missing, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the relevant partner.
Can I cancel my order or change my address?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check what is still possible. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has begun; address changes may also be unavailable once shipping starts.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We will review the problem and arrange the appropriate solution, which may be a replacement, repair or refund.
If a confirmed faulty or incorrect item needs to be returned, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. See the full returns policy.
