Yes. Every FramePace product is made to order, which means it is produced especially for you after your order is placed.

This helps avoid mass production, overstock, and unnecessary waste. It also means your order needs a short production stage before it ships.

Most items are produced within 2–5 business days, depending on the product, print method, stock, and fulfillment location. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, so please check your size, color, design, and shipping address carefully before ordering.

Total delivery time includes two stages: production and shipping.

Most regular printed apparel, such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, and standard hoodies, usually arrives within about 5–9 business days for domestic orders when produced and shipped from a nearby fulfillment center.

All-over print items, such as AOP hoodies, leggings, shorts, skirts, and cut-and-sew pieces, may take longer because they involve more production steps. Outerwear and specialty items, such as windbreakers, jackets, embroidered products, hats, accessories, or products with multiple print placements, may also take longer than a standard T-shirt.

International orders can take longer because of distance, customs, carrier handoffs, and local delivery services. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is the best guide for your specific order.

Busy seasons, holidays, stock issues, bad weather, customs processing, or carrier delays can sometimes add extra time.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking may not show movement immediately after the label is created. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking page. For international orders, tracking updates may take longer depending on the destination, customs process, and local delivery service.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products need different packaging, are made at different fulfillment locations, or are ready to ship at different times.

For example, a T-shirt and a mug, hat, poster, or all-over print item may not always ship together. One package arriving first does not always mean the rest of the order is missing.

FramePace products are made using different production methods depending on the item, material, color, artwork, and fulfillment location.

Most regular apparel is printed with direct-to-garment printing, also known as DTG. This method prints water-based ink directly onto the garment, making it a good fit for detailed, multi-color artwork.

Some selected products may use direct-to-film printing, also known as DTF or DTFlex. This can work better for certain fabrics, colors, or print placements where DTG is not the best option.

Some hats and accessories may use embroidery, where the design is stitched with thread for a raised, textured finish.

The exact production method can vary by product, so check the individual product details when available.

Product photos and mockups are created to show the design, placement, and overall look as accurately as possible, but small differences can happen in the final printed item.

Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, garment color, fabric type, print method, and lighting. Printed garments can also look a little softer or more matte than a bright digital mockup.

Placement can vary slightly depending on the product size, fabric shape, print method, and how the garment is cut or sewn. This is especially true for all-over print items, hoodies, sleeves, seams, pockets, and curved areas.

For all-over print and cut-and-sew products, small alignment differences near seams, folds, pockets, or edges are normal. On darker AOP designs, the lighter base fabric may show slightly when the fabric stretches or near seams.

These small differences are normal for made-to-order printed apparel and do not mean the item is defective.

Different FramePace products can feel different because they use different fabrics and production methods.

A regular DTG-printed T-shirt usually feels soft and breathable because the ink absorbs into the fabric. The fabric texture may show slightly through the print, which is normal for this type of printing.

All-over print hoodies, leggings, shorts, skirts, or cut-and-sew items may feel smoother or slightly different because the design is printed across larger fabric panels.

Embroidery feels raised and textured because the design is stitched with thread. DTF/DTFlex prints may feel a little more noticeable on the fabric, especially on certain colors, placements, or materials.

Some newly printed DTG items may also have a light vinegar-like smell or slight residue when first unpacked. This is temporary and should disappear after the first wash.

Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. Because FramePace items are made to order, choosing the right size before checkout is important.

The best method is to compare the size chart with a shirt, hoodie, or similar item you already own and like. Lay your garment flat, measure it, and compare those measurements with the chart.

If you prefer a relaxed or oversized fit, you may want to size up. If you prefer a closer fit, choose the size closest to your body and garment measurements.

Different products can fit differently, so always use the size chart for the specific item you are ordering.

To help the print last longer, wash the item inside out in cold water, under 30°C / 86°F, on a gentle cycle.

Use mild detergent and avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh washing products. High heat and heavy friction can make prints fade or wear faster over time.

Air drying is best. If you use a dryer, choose a low-heat setting.

Do not iron directly over the printed design. If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and use low heat.

Because FramePace products are made to order, we usually cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind after the item has been made.

Please check the size chart, product details, and color options carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, that is different. In that case, take clear photos showing the full item, the issue, the size label if relevant, and the packaging or shipping label.

Depending on the issue, we may arrange a replacement, reshipment, refund, or another suitable solution. Please do not send anything back unless we specifically ask you to. In many cases, damaged or incorrect items do not need to be returned.

Claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order.
